This tree stand exceeds recommendations by the National Christmas Tree Association. The NCTA recommends that Christmas tree stands hold at least 1 quart of water for each inch diameter of trunk. Most tree stands don't make the grade. Our heavy duty steel Pipe Stand holds up to 2 1/4 gallons of water, keeping your tree fresh longer. It is sturdy and simple, and can hold trees up to 12 feet tall. Four screws make it easy to set up. Legs can be removed for storage. Made in the USA.
