We have provided the ability for you to retrieve your prior year order information via the web to make it easier and quicker for customers who wish to reorder our balsam products for their friends or family.
In order to use this service you will need the information from the re-order form that we send out with the current season's brochure to our prior customers. The password is found in the upper right hand corner of the form. If you have misplaced the form you may contact us by phone (1-800-543-9828) or via e-mail at the link on the left sidebar of this page and we will mail you another form. In order to protect the privacy of our customers we are not able to give out the access information over the phone at this time.
To bring up your order from last year enter the information below and press the "Login" button.
This will display a list of activity from last year along with a link to create a new order based on last year's purchase, complete with the addresses your order shipped to.
Note: No credit card information will be retrieved or transmitted with this form.
Don't have your password? Enter the email address used the last time you ordered and we will send it to you. Remember you will also need the zip code we have on file. Note that for security reasons payment information is not stored for retrieval at this time, so you will need to have credit card information available to place your order.
