Shipping Dates: We will ship your order at a time appropriate to allow delivery between the 4th and 13th of December. Orders placed after the first of December or earlier for international destinations may arrive later. If you select an alternative delivery time frame, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  We are reluctant to ship before late November, because warm weather can affect the freshness of our natural products.  Request "Air" service if a specific delivery date is important to you, because transit time for ground delivery can vary by several days. Also request "Air" service for delivery before Thanksgiving (or immediately after), to reduce transit time and exposure to warm temperatures.  Only air shipments are delivered on the Friday immediately after Thanksgiving day.

International Shipping: Orders for items to be sent outside should be placed very early in order to be delivered by Christmas. Delivery time frame cannot be guaranteed. We generally use Priority International service which can be very costly and will still take two weeks or more to deliver. Many locations can have significantly longer delivery times. If you have never shipped to the location you are sending to, you may wish to consult with the USPS regarding holiday delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs: Most of the shipping cost is included in the price so that items delivered to states located (largely) East of the Mississippi River are delivered free via Ground transportation. A small surcharge is added for items delivered to states West of the Mississippi River but in the contentental 48 states. For this purpose, Louisiana and Minnesota are considered "West of the Mississippi".
